North East monsoon was very weak in every part of the region. There is a likelihood of revival of North East monsoon by tonight or tomorrow.

  • 37 CITIES SAW A DROP IN TEMPERATURE COMPARED TO YESTERDAY OUT OF 66 CITIES WHERE THE TEMPERATURE WAS MEASURED, COMPARED TO 56 CITIES YESTERDAY.
  • Temperatures fell in Maharashtra, Chattisgrah, Telangana and Orissa. Telangana saw a maximum drop in temperatures.
  • There was a rapid rise in temperatures seen in Northern India and Eastern India. Temperatures however continue to be below normal in these areas.
  • Bhagalpur in Bihar recorded 7 degrees below normal temperature while Hyderabad in Telangana recorded 5 degrees above normal.

  2. Chattisgarh -2.0
  3. Maharashtra -1.7
  4. Madhya Pradesh -0.8
